About Dr. Harsh Kumar Dr. Harsh Kumar is an ophthalmologist and eye surgeon with more than 37 years of expertise. She is a proficient in Cataract Surgery, Glaucoma Treatment, and many more.  He received his MBBS from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi in 1983 and his MD in Ophthalmology from the same institute in 1985. Dr. Harsh Kumar has authored over 66 articles in peer-reviewed journals, three books, and numerous chapters in glaucoma textbooks.  He is a master at executing difficult laser operations for glaucoma and the anterior segment.  He has a long list of accolades and honours to his name. A. C. Aggarwal Trophy, P. N. Taneja Award, Bodh Raj Sabharwal Medal, D. B. Chandra Oration Award, Pratap Narain Memorial Lecture Award, and A. N. Pandeya Oration Award are among the awards he has received (2010). In 2015, the Indian government awarded him the Padma Shri. Dr. Harsh Kumar is fluent in English, and Hindi.
