About Dr. Hemant Chhajed Dr. Hemant Chhajed is an experienced and skilled General Surgeon with +20 years of experience in the field of general and laparoscopic procedures. He is a professional member of the Colorectal Surgeons of India. Dr. Chhajed completed his MBBS in 1998 from Devi Ahilya University and then did his MS from Gajra Raja Medical College, 2002. He is a fellow of the Association of Surgeons of India and of the Minimal Access Surgeons of India. He is an expert in laparoscopic proceduers such as, laparoscopic gall bladder/colostomy closure surgery, appendectomy, fundoplication, all types of hernia repairs, advance colorectal procedures such as rectopexy, right hemicolectomy, anterior resection, APR, Hartmann’s Reversal and also does upper and lower GI endoscopy.  Dr. Chhajed’s contributions to publications are very limited.
