About Dr. Hoe Chee Hoong Dr. Hoe Chee Hoong is a knowledgeable Medical Gastroenterologist practising in Penang. He has +18 years of experience in the field with a specialization in providing the services of Helicobacter pylori, Viral hepatitis B and C, Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, Hepatocellular carcinoma and vast experience in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy.  He is a Fellow of the Royal Colleges of Physicians, United Kingdom and the Gastroenterology Fellowship Training Programme of the Ministry of Health.
