About Dr. In-Ho Chae Dr. In-Ho Chae is a Seongnam-based Interventional Cardiologist with 32+ years in the field. He completed his graduation from Seoul National University in 1988 and followed it up with M.S. from the same institute in 1992. He also pursued his Ph.D. from Seoul National University College of Medicine in 1997 in interventional treatment for heart valve disease related to the anatomical structure of the heart and congenital heart disease. Dr. Chae has extensive experience in interventional procedures for coronary artery disease, boasting a perfect treatment record for chronic stable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction. He entered a project on the development of the latest treatment for the coronary/carotid/aorta arteries and peripheral vessels at Columbia University Hospital in New York City, and later introduced the treatment to South Korea. Along with publishing several well-researched articles in peer-reviewed journals, he has also been conducting studies on the independent development of the stent, which can be used for interventional treatment for the coronary arteries and peripheral vessels.
