About Dr. Jae-Seung Bang Dr. Jae-Seung Bang is a Seongnam-based Neurosurgeon with 15+ years of experience in the field. He is well-versed in treating minimally invasive aneurysm surgery, difficult bypass surgery, high-flow bypass surgery, and bypass to posterior circulation. Dr. Bang’s research interests are hereditary moyamoya disease, cerebrovascular ischemia, and pathogenesis of aneurysm. Furthermore, he is interested in neurointensive care and is therefore making him in charge of the Neurocritical Care Unit of Seoul National University Bundang Hospital. He has published several papers in South Korea and abroad and is a member of prestigious medical associations. He also participates in and leads the clinical trials of cerebrovascular surgical outcome and efficacy of hypothermia treatment in cerebral ischemia.
