About Dr. Jayateerth W Kulkarni Dr. Jayateerth is one of leading Orthopedic Surgeons, with a vast experience of more than 28 years. He has a keen interest in procedures such as arthroscopy, joint replacement surgery, elbow replacement, sport injuries, shoulder replacement, neck pain, hand pain, joint dislocation etc. He was the first orthopedic surgeon in Bangalore to perform hip resurfacing. He acquired FRCS from Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 1997. Dr. Jayateerth completed his MBBS from Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences Hubli in 1987, followed by MD in Orthopedics from PGIMER Chandigarh. He further did DNB in Orthopedic surgery from the National Board of Examination in 1993. Previously, he has worked with reputed hospitals such as Apollo Hospital, Hosmat hospital, Manipal Hospital, CMH, St. Thomas Hospital, and Norfolk & Norwich Hospital. Currently, he is a part of Indian Medical Association, Indian Orthopedic Association, Karnataka Orthopedic Association, Bangalore Orthopedic Society and Indian Arthroscopy. He has been registered with Karnataka Medical Council since 1989.
