About Dr. Jin Dong-gyu Dr. Jin Dong-gyu is an established Neurosurgeon based in Seoul, South Korea with 33+ years in the field. He is a full member and vice president of the Korean Spine Deformation Research Association, he is also a member of the North American Spine Society, the Cervical Spine Research Society, etc. He is also the president of the Korean Spine Deformation Research Association and the Korean Spine and Osteoporosis Research Association. He completed his graduation from Yonsei University in 1988 and later obtained his residency from the same academy. He also did his M.S. and Ph.D. from Yonsei University Graduate School of Medicine in 1995 and 1998 respectively. He specializes in the neck/hernial disc, spinal cord, spinal stenosis, fracture, gait disorder, brain tumors, meningioma, glioma, pituitary tumors, auditory nerve tumors, craniotomy, cervical disorders, pediatric neurosurgery, etc. Dr. Jin has organized and arranged over 10 national and international conferences/seminars in various specialized aspects of neurosurgery.
