About Dr. Jinyang Joo Dr. Jinyang Joo is one of the most reputed Neurosurgeons in Seoul, South Korea with 39+ years in the field. He is the president of the Korean Society for Cerebrovascular Surgery, and a member of the Korean Brain Injury Society, the Korean Society of Brain Oncology, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, and more. He completed his graduation from Yonsei University in 1982 and later obtained his residency from the same academy. He also did his M.S. and Ph.D. from Yonsei University Graduate School of Medicine in 1985 and 1992 respectively. He has also been a Neurosurgery Research Instructor at the Allegheny School of Medicine, the USA in 1996. He specializes in the cerebrovascular, stroke clinic, cerebral aneurysm, brain tumors, meningioma, glioma, pituitary tumors, auditory nerve tumors, craniotomy, cervical disorders, etc. Dr. Joo has published 30+ national and 15+ international articles in scientific journals.
