About Dr. John Low Seng Hooi Dr. John Low Seng Hooi has more than 20 years of experience working as a Medical Oncologist.  He provides services like Chemotherapy, Targeted therapy and Immunotherapy, Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT), Brachytherapy, Intraoperative Radiotherapy (IORT), High dose radioactive iodine therapy and Gamma-knife. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), the South East Asia Radiation Oncology Group (SEAROG), the Malaysian Oncological Society (MOS) and the Singapore Society of Oncology (SSO). Dr. John Low Seng Hooi has several publications, journals, and articles to his name.   He has completed an MBBS (1996) from the National University of Singapore, Singapore. He has obtained MRCP (2001) from the UK and FRCR (2003) from the Royal College of Radiologists, London, UK. He is a fellow of the FAMS (Singapore) and AM (Malaysia). Dr. John Low Seng Hooi is well-versed in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
