Dr. Varghese completed MBBS from Government Medical College Thrissur in 1994 and then MS in General Surgery in 2001 from Manipal Academy Of Higher Education, Manipal. In 2005, he did his M.Ch in Neurosurgery from the University of Mumbai. He even earned an FMVS certification from the World Federation of Neurological Society, 2010 and FSS and FINR qualifications too. His surgical expertise includes laminectomy, epilepsy surgery, peripheral neurosurgery, cerebrovascular surgery, aortic aneurysm surgery besides treating, weight loss surgery, sciatica, headaches, stroke and foot drop.
