About Dr. Kamel Sameer Dhay Dr. Kamel Sameer Dhay is a Paediatric ENT specialist with 12+ years of experience. His area of clinical expertise lies in tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, Turbinoplasty and nasal turbinates, Submucosal reduction, Septoplasty and rhinoplasty, Endoscopic sinus surgery, treatment of ear, nose and throat diseases, and surgeries of head and neck including biopsy of neck masses and excision, microscopic laryngeal surgery, etc. Dr. Dhay completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Masters degree in Otolaryngology (head and neck surgery) both from Damascus, Syria, followed by super specialization from the European Board of Otorhinolaryngology (head and neck surgery) from E.B.E Orl-Hns, Vienna in Austria. To date, he has worked in a Plastic Surgery Hospital, Zain hospital, Al Sabah hospital. He is a member of the Kuwait Association of ENT & Head and Neck surgeons and of the Syrian Association of ENT & Head and Neck surgeons.  Moreover, he is actively invited as a guest speaker in scientific sessions, CDE’s, Seminars, Worldwide Conferences to talk about Endoscopic sinus surgery.
