About Dr. Kim Sang-woo Dr. Kim Sang-woo is a Neurosurgeon based in Daegu, South Korea with 20+ years in the field. He is a lifetime member of the Korean Neurosurgery Society, Director of the Korean Society of Spinal Neurosurgery, the Korean Society of Spinal Neurosurgery, the North American Spine Society (NASS), and the Korean Society for Neuro pain. He completed his graduation from the Yeungnam University College of Medicine and later obtained his residency from the same institute. He has also done his full-time training at the Spine Center at Yeungnam University Hospital, Central Minnesota Spine Center, USA, and Chicago Rush University Medical Center. He specializes in Disc, stenosis, spinal tumor, spinal fracture, neck pain, back pain, numbness in limbs, spinal disorder diagnosis, spinal-related diseases, etc. Dr. Kim has examined and reported his findings during surgeries in reputed journals along with other surgeons.
