About Dr. Kok Choong Seng Dr. Kok Choong Seng is a leading Orthopaedic & Joint Replacement Surgeon with a practice of +34 years.  In 1987, he completed his graduation from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and then in 1991, he pursued PG in orthopedics.  In between his academics he served in the Malaysian Armed Forces, during which he was even in the United Nations Peace-Keeping Force in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Dr. Seng is a specialist in the treatment of sports injuries of the knee. He performs ligament reconstructions, resections, and meniscus repairs. He also performs stem cell transplants in selected patients. He also performs cartilage resurfacing procedures and arthroscopic knee surgeries.
