About Dr. Kyung-Shik Ryu Dr. Kyung-Shik Ryu is a notable Neurosurgeon based in Seoul, South Korea with 28+ years in the field. He completed his graduation from the College of Medicine, Pusan National University in 1992 and later obtained his M.S. degree from Korea University in 2005. He also pursued his M.D. and Ph.D. from The Catholic University of Korea in 2009 to gain an expansive understanding of the field.  His area of interest includes Spine Surgery, HNP (Herniated Nucleus Pulposus), fractures, spine and spinal cord tumors, degenerative spine disease), Brain Aneurysm Treatment, CSF Rhinorrhoea Repair Surgery, Carotid Body Tumour Embolization, etc Dr. Ryu has authored several books, scientific publications at international and national conferences and meetings.
