About Dr. Lee Hong-sik Dr. Lee Hong-sik is a reputed Seoul-based Medical Gastroenterologist with 35+ years in the field. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Medicine from Korea University in 1985 and Master of Science in Medicine from the same university in 1988. He later pursued his Ph.D. Degree from Korea University in 1994 to excel in the field thereon. He has worked at some of the most reputed hospitals in South Korea where he started as an intern and moved up his way to becoming a specialist. Dr. Lee has expertise in the treatment of the Pancreas, Appendicitis Treatment, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Treatment, Gastritis Treatment, Ulcerative Colitis Treatment, etc. He has composed more than 80 publications in diverse scientific national and international journals.
