About Dr. Lim Kin Foong Dr. Lim Kin Foong is a skilled and an experienced General Surgeon with +25 years of experience in the field of hepatobiliary surgery.  He completed his MBBS in 1996 from the University of Malaya, and then earned a fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2002. In 2008, he earned two fellowships. One from Princess Alexandra Hospital, UK, and the other from Ministry of Health, Malaysia.  Dr. Foong is an expert surgeon of liver/pancreas/biliary surgeries with particular skill and interest in laparoscopic surgery. He also performs liver transplants. He has very few research papers published in medical journals.
