About Dr. Luqman Mazlan Dr. Luqman Mazlan is a leading General Surgeon with +11 years of experience in the field of GI & colo-rectal surgery. He holds professional memberships of the Parenteral and Enteral Society of Malaysia as a Council Member and is treasurer of the Malaysian Society of Colorectal Surgeons. Dr. Mazlan did his MD in 2010 from the Universiti Sains Malaysia | Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He then did two fellowships from Malaysia and Sydney in 2014. Dr. Mazlan is an expert at laparoscopic & colorectal surgery, laser and stapler haemorrhoidectomy, general and colorectal emergencies, laparoscopic hernia, surgeries for fistual-in-ano, colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy and endoanal ultrasound. His scope of work also includes treating colorectal cancer, diverticulitis, inflammatorybowel disease, colonic polyps and hernias.
