About Dr. M Babaiah Dr. M Babaiah is one of the most experienced and reputed Radiation Oncologists in Hyderabad. He has 40 years of extensive experience in his field, and he has made immense contributions towards cancer care in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. He was the first Radiation Oncologist in twin states to bring a computerized treatment planning system in the mid-80s for accurate delivery of radiation to the tumors. He was the first Radiation Oncologist in South India who started innovative and revolutionary cancer treatment technologies like IMRT, IGRT, SRT, and SRS. He did MBBS from Kurnool Medical College, Kurnool, in 1975, and MD in Radiation Oncology from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, in 1981.
