About Dr. Mahdi Rezai Dr. Mahdi Rezai is a Surgical Oncologist with experience of 33+ years in the field. He is a Founder of the West German Study Group Breast Cancer, a member of the North-Eastern German Society of Gynecologic Oncology, German Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons, European Institute of Oncology, Austrian Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics, and Turkish Academy of Senology. He completed his medical studies at the Medical Faculty of the Heinrich-Heine-University in 1975 and has a specialty in oncology. Dr. Rezai has exceptional knowledge in breast cancer, lung cancer staging, curative and palliative surgery, Surgery for mesothelioma, Laser surgery of lung metastases, intraoperative hyperthermic chemotherapy, minimally invasive thoracic surgery, Tracheal Surgery, Interventional bronchoscopy, stents, laser therapy, etc. He has published many articles in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
