About Dr. Mahendra Rajan Dr. Mahendra Rajan is a renowned General Surgeon based in Dubai with extensive 28+ years of experience. He has completed his graduation from Madras University, Chennai, India, followed by M.S. in General Surgery from the reputed TN Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai, India. Later, he did a fellowship in Bariatric Surgery from Taiwan.
