About Dr. med. Joerg-Christian Tonn Dr. med. Joerg-Christian Tonn is a Munich-based Neurosurgeon with over 37+ years of experience. He is a member of the German Association of Neurosurgery, European Association of Neurosurgical Societies, European Association of Neurooncology, Congress of Neurological Surgeons USA, Academia Eurasiana Neurochirurgica, American Academy of Neurological Surgery, Scientific consultant German Medical Association, etc. He completed his Medical School at Justus Liebig University, Giessen, Germany in 1983 and has a Board Certification in Neurosurgery from the State Medical Association Hessen, Frankfurt/Main, Germany in 1990. He also has done his Habilitation from the University of Würzburg, Medical School in 199. Dr. Tonn has exceptional understanding in dealing with skull base tumors, spinal cord tumors, auditory nerve tumor, trigeminal neuralgia, Pituitary (endoscopic technique), Cerebral vascular malformation (aneurysm, AVM), Cranio-cervical junction, Complex spine (tumor, degeneration, anomaly, trauma), pediatric neurosurgery, etc. He has also penned and co-authored books and articles in national and state journals.
