About Dr. Mehul Choksi Dr. Mehul Choksi is a well-known Gastroenterologist, who has an experience of nearly 16 years. He has a special interest in diagnostic gastroscopy, colonoscopy, endoscopic sclerotherapy, variceal ligation, peptic ulcer treatment, snare polypectomy, and many others. He received Oral Paper Award at 50th Annual Conference of Indian Society of Gastroenterology, Kolkata in 2009. He was also nominated for the Best Shatayushi Foundation Medical Student in 2000. Dr. Mehul completed his MBBS from Rajiv Gandhi Medical College in 2001, followed by DNB in General Medicine from St John’s Medical College Bangalore in 2004. He also did DM in Gastroenterology from Christian Medical College & Hospital, Vellore in 2010. Further, he received specialized training by doing Peter Cotton Advanced Endoscopy Travel Fellowship and Advanced Endoscopy Observership at the Center for Interventional Endoscopy.
