Furthermore, he attained fellowship in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery from Harvard Medical School and an advanced fellowship in heart failure surgery and Heart Transplantation from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He is a pioneer in starting many cardiac surgical programs and has trained many surgeons from across the world – South East Asia, Iraq and Nordic countries. He has been recognized and awarded numerous awards for his contribution in the cardiac field. Dr. Sayeed has several publications to his credit and has presented several papers and presentations at national and international conferences.
