About Dr. Moncef Guiga Dr. Moncef Guiga is a recognized Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with more than 30 years of experience.  He is the Former President of the Tunisian Society of Plastic, Restorative and Aesthetic Surgery, and is registered with the Tunisian Order of Physicians. He pursued a State diploma at the Faculty of Medicine of Paris – France and graduated from the French College of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery.
