Dr Muhammed Baki is a highly regarded consultant clinical oncologist based in Hertfordshire. Dr Baki has over 10 years’ of experience and offers diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of cancers, focusing primarily on radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy for breast cancer, as well as upper GI cancer, and hepatobiliary cancer .
 
Dr Baki graduated from University of Sulaimani, Iraq with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MB ChB) in 2005. He undertook a specialist diploma in oncological radiotherapy at University of Florence and has practised as a clinical oncologist since 2017.

Alongside the aforementioned cancers and treatments, Dr Baki also sub-specialises in oesophagal cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer and cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer).
 
He considers himself to have a pro-research mindset and is dedicated to enrolling patients in both national and international clinical trials. He is the Principal Investigator for 2 of the international trials in Breast Cancer, namely  EMBER-4 and ATNEC .
 
Dr Baki also holds the role of clinical lead for cancers of unknown primary (CUP) at the East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust.
