About Dr. Naiyarat Prasongsook Dr. Naiyarat Prasongsook is an oncologist having more than 10 years of expertise. His study focuses on anaplastic thyroid cancer, lung cancer, and breast cancer, with an emphasis on anaplastic thyroid cancer, lung cancer, and breast cancer. He has worked on nutraceutical approaches for cancer treatment and supportive treatment in preclinical, translational, and clinical settings. Dr. Prasongsook graduated from Bangkok’s Phramongkutklao College of Medicine Hospital with a medical degree. After completing a clinical medical oncology fellowship at Ramathibodi Hospital in Thailand, he went on to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, for a postdoctoral research fellowship in medical oncology and a master’s degree in the Mayo Graduate School’s Clinical Translational Science Program. Dr. Prasongsook earned the ASCO Conquer Cancer International Development and Educational Award, as well as the Extended Tour Award as a guest of mentor (Prof. Gary H. Lyman) at Duke Cancer Center in Durham, NC, in 2009. He is a member of the ESMO Climate Change Task Force and participated in the ESMO Leaders Generation Programme Asia in 2019. Dr. Prasongsook has been invited to present at national and international gatherings and has written in a number of peer-reviewed journals.
