About Dr. Narendra Vaidya Dr Narendra Vaidya is a renowned surgeon in the field of Joint Replacement in India. He has a thriving practise of over 20+ years & performs approximately 1700 surgeries per year. Dr Vaidya has performed over 5000+ Joint Replacement Surgeries and over 50,000+ Orthopaedics Surgeries, which has been commended both nationally & internationally. He did his MBBS from BJ Medical College, MS & Mch (Orthopaedics).Following which he did his DNB.  Following which he did a fellowship in Joint replacement from LDH Hospital, Salt Lake city, Utah, USA He also undertook an extensive training in orthopaedics from US, Sweden and Germany. Dr Vaidya is eminent for performing all four major joint replacement surgeries shoulder, elbow, hip & knee.  He is the first surgeon in Pune to perform percutaneous LASER disc decompression Dr Vaidya has got the privilege to represented India in some of the famed orthopaedic conferences both nationally and internationally. He has successfully conducted several live surgery demonstration on new advances in Join Replacements. Dr Vaidya has established a super speciality orthopaedic centre in PCMC area which caters to all needs of orthopaedic patients and also renders quality healthcare facilities. He was the first to establish a comprehensive Trauma System in India and this has helped to save thousands of lives of accident victims on National Highway.
