About Dr. Neoh Eu Rick Dr. Neoh Eu Rick has over 15 years of expertise as an Interventional Cardiologist in Penang.  He is competent in all aspects of Cardiology including interventional cardiology, cardiac catheterization, coronary angioplasty and stenting, permanent pacemaker implantation (single and dual chamber) and cardiac imaging. Dr. Neoh Eu Rick has several publications, journals, and articles to his name.   He has completed an MBBS (1999) from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Karnataka, India. He did MRCP (2003) from the Royal College of Physicians, United Kingdom. He has done an MD (Family Medicine, 2004) from the National University of Singapore. He obtained Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Institute Jantung Negara (IJN) in 2007. He also received further training in Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) and Cardiac MRI at Erasmus Medical Centre, Rotterdam.  He had established the Cardiac CT Programme at the Regency Specialist Hospital, Johor, where he was Visiting Consultant Cardiologist. He obtained Fellowship (2008) in Cardiac Imaging at Thoraxcentre, Erasmus Medical Centre, Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Dr. Neoh Eu Rick is well-versed in English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia and Hokkien.
