About Dr. Nitin Shah Dr. Nitin Shah is a well-known Pediatric Hematologist with more than 34 years of experience in the field.  He is the President of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP), Member (India) of Asian Strategic Alliance for Pneumococcal disease prevention (ASAP), and Fellow of Indian Society of Hematology and Transfusion Medicine. Dr. Shah is proficient in treating children with blood disorders such as lymphomas and leukemias and also cancers particularly in children including osteosarcoma, neuroblastoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, Wilms Tumour, etc. He has completed MBBS, MD – Paediatrics, and Diploma in Child Health (DCH). He has been the Editor-in-chief, IAP Specialty Series Books, Editor of Pediatric Today, Pediatric Clinics of India, and also IAP Specialty Series Book On Hematology, Infectious diseases, Pediatric HIV, Rational anti-microbial. With his editorial background, he has written several publications for national and international journals.
