About Dr. Noppatee Segkhaphant Dr. Noppatee Segkhaphant is a leading Neurosurgeon with +14 years of experience. Before his MD, he did his diploma from the Thai Board of Neurological Surgery, Thailand in 1981 and then in 1983 earned a fellowship from the Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand.
