About Dr. Oguz Bilgic Dr. Oguz Bilgic is a well-known Paedodontist in Istanbul, Turkey. He has been practicing for the past 10 years and has gained proficient skills and expertise. He was graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2013. In 2015, he started his Ph.D. program in the Department of  Pedodontics at Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry.
