About Dr. Omer Vefik Ozozan Dr. Omer Vefik Ozozan is a General Surgeon based in Istanbul, Turkey with 24+ years of experience in the field. He completed his graduation from Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine and did his Specialization from Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital, 3rd Surgery Clinic. His area of interest lies in Minimally Invasive Surgery, Transplantation, Oncological Surgery, Obesity treatment (Gastric balloon, botox, and surgical treatment), Bariatric Surgery, gastroscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, pEG, etc. He is a member of the Turkish Surgical Association, Minimal Invasive Surgery Association, and Colorectal Surgery Association.
