About Dr. P. K. Mishra Dr. P. K. Mishra is a well known Surgical Gastroenterologist practicing successfully for more than 32 years. The doctor is adept at performing all kinds of general surgeries, endocrine surgeries, Hepatobiliary surgeries, and bariatric surgeries. He is the recipient of several awards that include: ‘Rashtriya Rattan’ award and Gold medal by International Study Circle for services in the field of Medicine. July 25, 2006. Best presentation award at AIIMS and other National awards for posters. He has been conferred Fellowship of Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeons (IAGES) in Feb.2008 and Felicitation by Lions Club, Preet Vihar, Delhi 2007, for ‘Talk on Jaundice’. He takes interest in teaching and has been appointed as M.Ch and DNB GI Surgery examiner in various Universities. He has attended multiple conferences held across the country and abroad and presented papers, posters, and abstracts in them. Dr. Mishra is a member of the Indian Association of Surgical Gastroenterology and Association of Surgeons of India. He is also a Fellow of the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeons. He takes great interest in research and has 44 publications in National and International journals. He has also authored the textbook of Gastroenterology and contributed chapters in books.
