About Dr. Pang Ning Qi Dr. Pang Ning Qi is a qualified Hepato-pancreato-biliary surgeon with more than 12 years of experience. His interests are Adult Liver Transplantation Programme, Hepatobiliary ＆ Pancreatic Surgery, Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Surgery ＆ Liver Transplantation. He is a member of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, the Hepatopancreatobiliary Association of Singapore and the Singapore Medical Association. Dr. Pang Ning Qi has completed his MBBS (2010) and M.Med (2016) from the National University of Singapore, Singapore.
