About Dr. Panot Yimcharoen Dr. Panot Yimcharoen is one of the leading General, Endoscopic, and Bariatric Surgeons in Bangkok, Thailand. He has 28 years of rich experience in his field. His expertise lies in Endoscopic Surgery (ERCP, EGD, and colonoscopy), Bariatric Surgery, etc. After completing his Faculty of Medicine from Pramongkutklao College of Medicine, Mahidol University, in 1994, he become a Diplomate of the Thai Board of General Surgery in 1998. In 2002, he did training in Endoscopic Surgery at Rajvithi Hospital, Bangkok and Short Course Endoscopic Observation at Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), in 2004. After that, he did a Fellowship at Department of Gastroenterology (ERCP Division) of Indiana University Medical Center (IUPUI), USA, in 2005, and a Fellowship at Bariatric and Metabolic Institute, Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Ohio, USA, in 2011. He is an active member of the Thai Medical Council, The Royal College of Surgeons of Thailand (RCST), and The Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES).
