About Dr. Peter Ang Cher Siang Dr. Peter Ang Cher Siang is a Consultant Medical Oncologist at Mount Alvernia Hospital, Singapore. Dr. Peter previously served as a Senior Consultant and Director of the Cancer Education Service at the National Cancer Centre, Singapore.  In 2003, he was actively involved in executing the cluster breast cancer health management plan. In 2005, he was awarded the National Excellent Service Award (EXSA) for his outstanding clinical contribution to providing excellent care to cancer patients. He holds a special interest in providing comprehensive care to cancer patients diagnosed with lung cancer, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, lymphoma, kidney cancer, breast cancer, ovary cancer, uterus cancer, and cervix cancer. Dr. Ang was invited to speak at the first Singapore Medical Oncology Review Course in 2007 and the first regional Asian Oncology Summit in 2009. He is proficient in various dialects including English, Hokkien, Mandarin, and Teochew.
