About Dr. Pornthep Prathanvanich Dr. Pornthep Prathanvanich is a leading Laparoscopic Surgeon with +18 years of experience in the field of MIS surgeries, especially colo-rectal surgeries. After completing MD in 2003 from Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand, he purused three fellowships, a diploma and two certificate courses. This was between 2004-2016. He purused these in the US, Japan and in Thailand. He also treats certain conditions of obesity and related diseases. Dr. Prathanvanich is a specialised surgeon of laparoscopic surgeries of the colo-rectal region. He performs appendectomy, colostomy, hemorrhoidectomy, rectopexy, IBD surgeries among a few others.  He has co-authored a few research papers, where he shares his findings from his surgical practice.
