About Dr. Prashant Patil Dr. Prashant Patil is a Pediatric Endocrinologist with 33+ years of experience in the field. He is a Respected Member of the European Society of Pediatric Endocrinology (ESPE), International Society of Pediatric & Adolescent Diabetes (ISPAD), Asia Pacific Pediatric Endocrine Society (APPES), Indian Society of Pediatric and Adolescent Endocrinology (ISPAE), and Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP). With his prolific career, he completed his ESPE clinical Fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology & Diabetes from the prestigious Alder Hey Children Hospital Liverpool United Kingdom. Dr. Patil’s special interests are Type 1 diabetes mellitus, obesity, and metabolic syndrome, and growth disorders in children. He has successfully conducted and participated as a speaker in a number of conferences on Pediatric Endocrinology He has published many research papers on Bone health Index (BHI) and its relative measurement in GHD and CDGP children to assess the use of Growth Hormone and Testosterone respectively and many other relevant topics.
