She holds expertise in Hemorrhoids Treatment, Bladder Cancer Surgery, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Treatment. After completing MBBS in 2003, she pursued DNB in General Medicine from the National Board of Examinations Ministry of Health Government of India in 2009 followed by DM in Gastroenterology – Stanley Medical College & Hospital, Chennai in 2013. In 2013, she attained membership from the Royal Colleges Of Physicians, London, UK. She has been honored with various awards and recognitions.
