About Dr. Rachna Singh Dr. Rachna Singh is a specialized mental health professional focused on providing Individual, Group and Corporate Counseling with a strong focus on Hospital and Clinical care with an experience of 15 years. She holds expertise in stress management, lifestyle management for heart diseases, supportive care for chronically ill patients, work-life balance, parent-child bonding, cancer support care, ante/postnatal care, relationship counseling, pre-marital and marital counseling, adolescent counseling, neurological, psychiatric and psychological illnesses like depression, anxiety, insomnia. Dr. Singh has received Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Ratna award in 2012 and the MRCH award in 2010. Dr. Singh has conducted various workshops for over 200 leading corporate houses of the country focusing on Wellness and Soft Skills training as a corporate health consultant. She is also a consultant with many NGOs and is an executive member with Swashrit and Swapn. Her services include working with under privileged women and children for various medical and psychological disorders. She is the visiting lecturer and faculty member of Amity Institute of Behavioral Health and Allied Sciences, Noida; and Dr. B R Sur Medical College, Delhi She has delivered lecture on Stress Management in University of Exeter, UK in 2009; Lecture on Stress Management in Modern Lifestyle in University of Minnesota, Minneapolis in 2009; Lecture on Lifestyle Management in Thames Valley University, UK in 2008; and Lecture on Hypertension in Royal College of Physicians, London, UK in 2007. She has been offering her services using psychotherapy and alternate systems of medicine like homeopathy.  Dr. Singh has studied B.H.M.S; Post Graduate Diploma in Lifestyle Management Sciences; Post Graduate Course in Behavioral Sciences from Human Givens Institute from UK; and Post Graduate course in Psychology.
