About Dr. Rajat Kumar Gupta Dr. Rajat Kumar Gupta is a Pediatric Cardiologist, based in Mohali with 11+ years of experience. His expertise lies in the management of all types of congenital heart defects including non surgical or device closure of holes in heart (ASD,VSD,PDA, AV fistula), stenting of coarctation of aorta, stenting of pulmonary arteries, balloon valvuloplasty, etc. Dr. Gupta completed his Post Graduation in Pediatrics from PGIMS Rohtak, followed by DNB in Pediatrics from SDM Hospital, Jaipur. Later, he did fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology from the reputed Fortis Escorts Heart Institute and Research Center, New Delhi. He is a member of the Indian Medical Association, Punjab Medical Council, American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association, Association of Physician Assistants in Cardiology, National Neonatology Forum, Pediatric Cardiology Society of India. Under his credit, there are both national and international publications and he is actively invited as a guest speaker in scientific meetings, CME’s, and worldwide conferences to talk about heart conditions.
