About Dr. Rewat Laxman Dr. Rewat Laxman is a well-known Orthopaedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon with over 10+ years. He is an active member of the Karnataka Orthopaedic Association and Bangalore Orthopaedic Society. He is one of the few surgeons who had successfully cleared DNB Orthopaedics under the National Board of Examination in the very first attempt. He is adept in Knee, Hip, and Shoulder Joint Replacement Surgery, Arthroscopy and Complex Trauma care. Dr. Laxman is also proficient in carrying out Arthroscopic Shoulder, Elbow & Knee Surgeries, and joint preservation procedure. After graduating with MBBS from J.S.S Medical College, Mysore in 2007, he pursued Diploma in Orthopaedics from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Bangalore, in 2010. Consequently, he pursued DNB in Orthopaedics/Orthopaedic Surgery under the National Board of Education, New Delhi, in 2012. Later, he did Fellowship in Arthroplasty from Hosmat Hospital, in 2013, Fellowship in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery from FJD Madrid University, in 2015 and Fellowship in Shoulder and Knee Surgery from Milan University, Italy, 2016. During his career, he has authored several research papers in his area of the medical field.
