About Dr. S. K. Poddar Dr. S. K. Poddar is a general and laparoscopic surgeon with 26+ years of experience. He has performed more than 10,000 surgeries till now. His forte includes laparoscopic cholecystectomy, hernia surgery, intestine surgery, piles surgery and colorectal surgery by minimally invasive methods. Dr. Poddar is a member of the Society of Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgeons of India, Association of Surgeons of India and Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India (AMASI). He completed MBBS from Rajendra Medical College, Jharkhand, MS from Patna Medical College, Patna and a fellowship from The International College of Surgeons, USA.
