About Dr S K Rajan Dr S K Rajan is well –known Spine & Neuro surgeon in Gurgaon. With an experience of over 15 + years, he has been to some of the finest institutes nationally and nationally. Dr Rajan has done his MBBS from GMCH ,Patiala ,MS (General Surgery ) from the famous PGI ,Chandigarh .Following which he pursued his MCH ( Neurosurgeon ) from the eminent GB Pant Hospital . He then did his fellowship in Spine surgery from Cleveland Clinic Spine Institute, USA   . He also obtained a fellowship in spine surgery from Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, UK, Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery, UK and KEM Hospital & Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai, India. Dr Rajan was one of the few selected from around the world for the prestigious International World Federation of Neurosurgeons Fellowship to USA. He was also recently honoured with ‘award of excellence in spine surgery’ at the Global Healthcare Excellence Awards at New Delhi for his contributions to the field of spine surgery. Dr S K Rajan is also recognised in the National Neurosurgery circles for successfully applying and popularizing new and special techniques for the successful treatment of various complex spinal disorders especially of the Craniovertebral Junction (upper neck)  and Lumbosacral Junction (lower back). He has, to his credit, an accomplishment of more than 3000 surgeries including some of the most complex spine cases. Dr Rajan is regularly invited to give talks at Regional & International level scientific meetings and also invited at Live Operative teaching Courses as National Guest Faculty.  Dr S K Rajan areas of interest lies in minimally invasive (keyhole) spine surgery (for slipped disc, canal stenosis), Craniovertebral junction (CVJ), endoscopic spine surgery, spinal fractures, spinal tumours.
