About Dr. S Sham Dr. S Sham, as a Rheumatologist has been in the practice of treating rheumatism, arthritis, and such disorders of the ligaments, joints and the muscles for +16 years. His professional affiliations with the medical societies include the memberships of, the Indian Rheumatology Association, the Associations of Physicians of India, the Indian Medical Association (IMA) and  the Tamil Nadu Medical Council.   After completing MBBS in 2005 from PSG Institute of Medical Science & Research, he did his MD from Kasturba Medical College in 2009 and DM from Madras Medical College, Chennai in 2014. Dr.  Sham then studied further at the Indo-UK Fellowship Queen’s Medical Centre, UK and also earned a European Certificate of Rheumatology. He is an expert rheumatologist at treating, rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthropathy, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, gout & other crystal associated diseases, systemic lupus erythematosus, antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, scleroderma, morphea, Sjogren’s syndrome and mixed connective tissue disorder among a few others.  Dr. Sham has co-authored several research papers with national and international rheumatologists for medical journals.
