About Dr. Safiye Kurt Dr. Safiye Kurt is a top Hair Transplant Surgeon with 23 years of experience at Adem and Havva Medical Center in Istanbul, Turkey.  Dr. Safiye Kurt established Adem and Havva Medical Center in 2011. For this, she was awarded as Turkey’s Best Business Woman.  Dr. Safiye Kurt is the first Turkish certified hair transplantation doctor and the first one in Turkey to conduct FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) transplant. She is the first licensed Turkish hair transplant specialist in the United Arab Emirates and hence, the Gulf countries.  Dr. Safiye Kurt specializes in treating male-pattern hair loss or receding hairline. She has performed over 500 female hair transplantation using No-Cut Method of Transplantation. After completing her studies from the Health Vocational School of Nursing in Turkey, Dr. Safiye Kurt achieved her training certification in Endoscopy and Laparoscopy surgeries in Germany.  After returning to Turkey, Dr. Safiye Kurt successfully completed her Advanced Medical Technology Training Seminar in Ankara.  The former Health Minister of UAE had his hair transplanted by the specialist Safiye Kurt.
