About Dr. Sankar Narayanan Dr. Sankar Narayanan is a Surgical Gastroenterologist with 7+ years of experience. He was a best outgoing candidate in MCh and was awarded Prof. S. Sambandam Gold Medal, 2018 for being He is a member of Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons He has completed his fellowship in minimal access surgery from the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeon. His areas of expertise include HPB and minimal access to GI surgeries. He completed his MBBS from Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai, MS in General Surgery from Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai and MCh in Surgical Gastroenterology from Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai. Dr.  Narayanan completed his basic surgical training from SRMC Chennai and training in minimal access and bariatric surgery from BEST Institute, Bangalore.
