About Dr. Santosh Kumar Dr. Santosh Kumar is a skilled and leading Orthopaedic & Joint Replacement Surgeon with +13 years of experience in the field of knee replacement procedures. He has completed MBBS and D.Ortho from  Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research in 2001 and 2005 respectively. He then did M.Ch from University of Seychelles American Institute of Medicine in 2008. He then underwent Delta course for advanced aspects of complex primary and revision knee replacement at Max Hospital, Delhi, where he also did a fellowship and conducted 54 surgeries. In 2009, he did an AO spine training in Mumbai, followed by AO trauma training in Kanpur. Till 2015, he underwent several trainings and certifications in India and the USA. Dr. Kumar has performed +6,000 knee replacements in a short span of 13 years. His expertise in his field won him a Certificate of International Excellence in Minimally Invasive Computer Assisted Joint Replacement Surgery by the ASCULAP Academy, Germany. Dr. Kumar is well-known for knee/hip/spine/arthroscopic knee and shoulder/kyphoplasty/arthroscopic ACL reconstruction/partial knee surgeries. He also treats advanced hip fractures and, avascular necrosis, hip arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis. He also treats paediatric orthopedic conditions. He has co-authored and presented several papers.
