About Dr. Satya Gopal Maity Dr. Satya Gopal Maity is a senior, skilled and leading Gastroenterologist with +41 years of experience in the field of treating gastroenterology. His professional affiliations with medical societies include the memberships of the Association of Physicians of India, the West Bengal Medical Council and the  Indian Medical Association. Dr. Maity completed his MBBS, then a fellowship from the Indian College of Physicians, earned a PDTG qualification and an MD degree. He is an expert gastroenterolgist with a vast scope of work that includes treating, gastric disorders, peptic (gastric) ulcers, liver disease, pancreatic disease, colonic polyps & cancer, gastro esophageal reflux (GERD), acidity, constipation (irritable bowel), jaundice, ulcerative colitis, bile stone removal, gastritis, damage to the pancreas or biliary tract caused by infection, cancer, alcohol, bleeding or obstruction.
