About Dr. Seffen Fares Dr. Seffen Fares is a Plastic Surgeon based in Tunis, Tunisia with more than 12+ years in the field.  He holds the French Interuniversity Diploma in Morphological and Anti-Aging Medicine as well as the European Interuniversity Diploma in baldness treatment from Claude Bernard Lyon 2 University, France. He has been the Chief Medical Officer at the Jugurtha Centre for Aesthetic Medicine and Hair Transplantation in Tunis since 2012. Dr. Fares is entirely dedicated to the treatment of baldness and hair restoration and trains his team, medical assistants in the various hair transplant techniques. He has performed several interventions with the most eminent specialists in the field in France, Belgium, and Turkey. He also has a keen interest in Hand Surgery, Reconstructive Microsurgery, Head and Neck Reconstruction, Breast augmentation, Aesthetic Surgery, Breast reduction, etc. He has publications in distinct journals and has presented several research papers at global conferences.
